Infrastructure & Core Services

Supabase

Database, authentication, and file storage infrastructure

Purpose:

Data storage, user authentication, workspace logos

Application hosting and deployment platform

Purpose:

Web application hosting, serverless functions

OpenAI

Large Language Model (LLM) processing for feedback transformation

Purpose:

Transform raw feedback into structured insights

Data Retention: OpenAI retains API data for 30 days for abuse monitoring, then permanently deletes it. Customer data is not used to train or improve models.

Stripe

Payment processing and subscription management

Purpose:

Process payments, manage subscriptions

Transactional email delivery service

Purpose:

Send account notifications, password resets, digests
