Distil is a feedback management platform that helps product teams organize customer feedback, generate weekly briefs, and make evidence-based roadmap decisions. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with Free and paid plans.

3. Account Registration and Responsibilities

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete registration information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.

6. Payment Terms

Subscription Plans: Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method.

Free Trial: Pro plans may include a free trial period. You will not be charged until the trial period ends. You may cancel anytime during the trial without charge.

Refunds: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new Pro subscriptions. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until that date.

Price Changes: We may change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

8. Termination

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DISTIL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
